John D. Aderholt is a Principal, and has been with Century Equities since 2006. Mr. Aderholt oversees real estate operations for Century Equities and its affiliated companies 15-state portfolio, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and property management. Additionally, he oversees investor relations and equity placement, and provides support for a variety of legal matters.
Previously, Mr. Aderholt served as Area Director for Young Life for approximately 9 years, where he supervised and helped expand Young Life in six counties in north central West Virginia and southwestern Pennsylvania.
Mr. Aderholt graduated cum laude from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania where he studied History, Theology, Philosophy, and Economics. He received his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law, and is a member of the West Virginia State Bar.
Mr. Aderholt is a licensed Real Estate Broker in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. As a Broker, Mr. Aderholt oversees Century’s brokerage affiliate Century Realty LLC. Century Realty specializes in advising clients in office, retail, land, industrial, and hospitality opportunities throughout the greater Pittsburgh, Ohio Valley, and Tri-State region.
Mr. Aderholt has closed transactions through property acquisition, disposition, or leasing involving scores of regional and national retailers, including PNC Bank, CVS, Starbucks, Aldi, KFC, Taco Bell, Chick-fil-A, Hobby Lobby, Tractor Supply Company, Dollar General, Sheetz, Firestone, NTB, Advance Auto, Texas Roadhouse, Verizon Wireless, Key Bank, Mattress Firm, Sprint, Dollar Tree, and many others.
Mr. Aderholt resides in Wheeling, WV with his wife, Molly, and three children. He volunteers with Young Life, youth soccer, and OVConnect.
