Mrs. Schmidt brings over 17 years of balanced hospitality experience in numerous forms from food and beverage to revenue management and everything in between, including being named “Hotel General Manager of the Year”. She serves our management company as well as our third-party clients to maximize RevPar through the implementation, execution, and review of revenue management strategies as well as providing critical analysis of short and long term decisions impacting profit goals.
Stefanie’s passion lies in relating the numbers to real decisions in order to gain and maintain market share. Her knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality sales in multiple markets enables her to attain a competitive advantage using her analytical skills and revenue management approach. Stefanie holds certifications in revenue management from Marriott International and the OneYield 2.0 platform, Wyndham International, as well as the CRME certification from HSMAI.
