Kayla brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, beginning her journey with a degree in Hospitality Management from Pittsburgh Technical Institute. Throughout her career, she has held various roles in sales and hotel/restaurant operations across different properties in West Virginia. With a previous tenure at Century Hospitality spanning from 2016 to 2022, Kayla rejoined our team in February 2024. Now, as our Ohio Valley Sales Coordinator, she will play a pivotal role in bolstering group and meeting room sales initiatives for our Ohio Valley hotels.
Her wealth of experience and deep understanding of the industry dynamics make Kayla a valuable asset to our team. We are thrilled to have her back on board and confident in her ability to contribute significantly to our continued success in the region.
